The Municipal Annex, 68 Dale Street, Liverpool is next to the Municipal Buildings, Liverpool, the administrative head quarters of Liverpool City Council. It was built in 1883 to a design by F & G Holme as the base for the Conservative Club[1].

It was acquired by the City Council and housed the education department. It was sold in the late 90's. It is currently under redevelopment by Iliad group[2] to form part of the Layla Hotel.[3]
